Meet Our Management Team
Frederik Rasmussen
Frederik joined innRoad in 2013 and is focused on building a strategic and consistent growth path for the company. He believes that with the help of innRoad, independent hotel owners can manage and grow their businesses with ease. Prior to innRoad, Frederik was the General Manager of GenArts, an Insight Ventures portfolio company, and prior to that spent time with Bain & Company as a Strategy Consultant and with Citigroup in their investment banking division. Frederik holds an MBA from Harvard Business School with distinction and a B.A. from Colby College with a major in Economics.
David DeAngelo
As the VP of Product Management, David is responsible for the product vision and design at innRoad. David is passionate about designing intuitive software that empowers our independent hotel clients to run their businesses more effectively. He brings over 20 years of experience building products across a variety of domains and platforms including hospitality, digital media, human capital management, and investment banking. Prior to joining innRoad, David built products at SelectMinds (acquired by Oracle), Sterling Backcheck and Dealogic. David has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Boston College.
Toby Skinner
As VP of Marketing, Toby is responsible for driving the brand and growth strategy for innRoad, making sure that independent hoteliers around the world are aware of the many ways our software helps them streamline operations and grow their business. Toby brings over 20 years of experience building marketing teams and rapidly growing customers for many different early stage startups in the tech and SaaS space. Toby has a Masters in Business Management from Edinburgh Napier University in Scotland.
Jennifer Same
As VP of Finance, Jennifer oversees innRoad’s accounting, HR, and compliance processes. Prior to joining InnRoad, Jennifer worked as an external auditor at Ernst & Young, and held financial management positions at Verizon Communications and Warner Music Group. Jennifer has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Monmouth University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Julius Louw
As the VP of Engineering, Julius is responsible for all engineering operations and software development efforts at innRoad. Julius is very enthusiastic about building strong development teams that then go on to develop great software. Previously to joining innRoad, Julius gained over a decade of experience leading and delivering software projects for Accenture and Avanade customers across several geographies and industries. Julius has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
